I joined Avocademy after job hopping for 6 years in customer success, data analytics, market research, implementation, and more. Being sick of job hopping and having the Sunday Scaries, I had to dig deep to find what I needed to feel connected to work. My research brought me to Avocademy and I'm so happy that it did. Avo gave me the tools I needed to be prepared and be an active contributor to the team and company.

I needed a way to learn UX/ UI Design while balancing a full time job in a labor intensive classroom, and being a new parent. Avocademy is a perfect blend of independent learning and consistent mentorship, and by the end of the course I was talking to design mentors 4x a week.

I spent most of my adult life in construction management. That part of my journey gave me so much, but it was time for a change that would give me more autonomy over my schedule. Avocademy sets you up for success. Everyone who has committed to this journey is doing something incredible. It is all possible; it’s all attainable; I’m just another example, and soon, you’ll be one too.
